Glad to see the weight keep going down, but not sure what's going on really. Is it the fewer calories alone or is my body finally reacting to all the working out I've been doing? I wish I knew more so I can gauge if the changes I'm making are working.

It's most likely a combination of both. Many things factor in to our losing weight. You don't always see the effects of your diet and exercise right away. It can take a while. As you keep going, your body will keep losing and changing. Keep doing what you are doing and when you need to, then change it up.
