Day 5 of eating well...and I feel so much better already! I wanted to weight myself this morning, but decided not to, because I don't want to become obsessed with it, so will wait until Monday to give myself a full week! We'll see how this weekend goes, those two days are always the toughest for not wanting to wander off the diet! BUT...right now I'm feeling strong and staying positive! =)

I had a scale issue. I used to weigh myself every single day and when it was higher than normal... I'd eat and eat and eat figuring I wasn't losing weight anyway. It's the worst feeling! Stay positive! You can do this! :)
