Well, I did better tonight...but only because there were no cookies...had a Cinnamon Bun instead, much less calories and satisfied my baking craving...so a bit of a trade off.

I'm still eating more than I should, but I am burning more calories...I think I may have lost some weight, but no way to tell until I get home to my scale to find out. Next shift I will start going to the gym here in camp. I'll use the scale there to weigh in since I will be in camp more than at home, but I guess the oil industry needs to extract more of the "black gold"...I'll take their money, but being away from home to earn it kinda sucks!

Anyway, I'm going to go back to my previous plan of big breakfast, good lunch and moderate dinner (probably soup & salad) with snacks in between...but I will have to show some self control. It's just too easy to over eat here, and most of the food is pretty tasty...and the desserts are all there, pastry, pudding, ice cream, jell-o, fruit, cookies and other baked treats...not good when you are trying to control your diet...control, I must have self control...

Sounds like a good plan Madjak. Your still getting settled in and what not so dont beat yourself up too much. Going away to pay the bills is rough. Hopefully you have a great time and home, and can get some home cooking that is delicious and healthy too!
