Despite increasing my activities, I have been so damn hubgry this week you would think I was prego! I weigh in tomorrow. I hope I don't let my team down too much.

Sometimes increased activity will cause increased appetite. And don't worry, you are not letting your team down. We are here to carry each other along when the going gets tough. There's a reason that this isn't an individual challenge! Besides, support and motivation are just as important, if not moreso, than how much weight we lose. Chin up! GO TRAILBLAZERS GO!

The same thing happens to me. It's like I'm trying to sabotage myself!! I try to get those hunger pangs to go away by getting myself a cup of tea and it ususlly does the trick! Or sometimes I will write in my FS journal to keep my hands busy! Or make myself a salad with lots of good veggies. Hang in there!

a big salad and some form of protein in all your meals will do the trick and not make you feel hungry! Have fewer carbs and fats--they're more calories and don't give you a feeling of fullness for too long...
