No matter what I ask for in the food line, they just pile it high...I guess its up to you to only eat what you want...makes it difficult, and then there are the piles of all you can eat cookies...damn those cookies!!

The only thing that may save my butt, is the amount of exercise that I get just working construction...walking miles on uneven muddy & rutted ground along with climbing ladders to the top of 50ft structures all day chews up a lot of calories...Yay, because I eat too many...

Ya know, they do that too here on the food lines. Maybe if you get skinny they will give you less? Thats what I think. When I started this journey, I would get steamed rice, and I had to ask them for "Small Portion". They ASSUME because we're big boys we want a lot. So, maybe you need to speak up! They still do it to me though, and now I just dont eat it all. I hate throwing away food though.
