Between yesterday and today I cleaned out the kitchen of old food/junk food that isn't going to get cooked...found a good home too ~ my neighbor. So today spent a lot of time in the kitchen cooking and putting things together to try. Spinach Salad - a recipe I got yesterday, bell pepper, thanks to my neighbor, she wanted to give back in return so she gave me veggies from her garden. First time I tried a bell pepper. I can't eat it alone but I could cook with it. Also in the crock pot homemade chicken noodle soup with tufu....I ate it too soon, need to cook loner so it's still in crockpot..lol It wasn't bad when I added a few crackers :)
