Oi what a night! I woke up at 3 am starving, so after laying there for an hour I finally got up and ate an apple. and watched tv awhile. i went back to bed at 4:30, got up again to go to the bathroom a couple times, finally got back to sleep around 6. The alarm for my husband went off at 6:30! OI.
I did get a little sleep after he went to work, from 6:30 to 9:30. I am pretty tired though.
on the bright side, I'm down another 0.2 this morning! Yea me!
You probably think I am dumb for being happy with such small losses, but as long as it is going down I am happy.
I'm dreading next week as my monthly water weight doom approaches.
I always hold my weight for a few days at the TOM. I just am hoping to pull a weight loss, even a small one for my team. I will work extra hard to do so.
OMG you guys, you won't believe what i found in the kitchen yesterday. I was about to put french fries in the deep fryer for Kaelyn and what did I find in the fryer? A MOUSE covered in slime treading water in the black, gummy, thick grease. Oh man it was so sick. I dumped it outside, mouse and all. I felt bad for the poor thing, I wonder if it lived. I mean, yeah, I don't want mice in my house, but what a way to go!
Just think of that the next time you are at McDonlalds and french fries are calling your name! Disease-carrying vermin drowning in grease! BLEEEACH!
I used to find cockroaches crawling in the ice cream toppings at Dairy wqueen, and they would tell us not to throw it out. I have actually seen the owner of that DQ pick half rotten tomatoes out of the GARBAGE and serve it to customers.
I am not saying that is typical, but it happens, especially in little redreck towns!

GOALS FOR TODAY
1. Clean House
2. 45 minutes Yoga
3.3 mile walk minimum, either indoors to walk at home dvd or outside
4. Weight traning including dumbell sqauts and lunges
5. NAP!! Hey a girl's gotta have her beauty sleep!
