FYI - yes, I have just registered a 2.5lb increase. No, it's not a sign that I've given up. Far from it. After not recording my calories for 2-3 weeks (due to getting married and going on honeymoon to a place with no internet) it has taught me that calorie counting is absolutely the right method for me. It was nice to take a break and focus on something else, but now I'm looking forward to getting back to reality and back to my normal routine. Bring it on! :)

I have stopped the counting bit & I am sort of doing ok, although I find myself reaching for food I haven't touched in ages, simply because I am not recording! You go girl, now you are back in your routine you will loose that remainder weight just as steady as you have lost the rest :)
