Started my Atkins diet today. Need to lose approx. 30 lbs. Made a roast in the crock pot a cauliflower (sp?) dish. I had a baby 4 months ago and have gotten back to pre-pregnancy weight but need to drop another 30 lbs I gained while taking medicine. Now that I'm off the meds I can lose, but it's been slow going.
