So I worked outside doing some landscaping for my cousin yesterday in the 88 degree heat. I haven't sweat that much since I played football. Needless to say I was so worn out when I got home that I didn't make it to the gym!
Hopefully I will finish it up today and not be so worn out. I really need to get to the gym for legs tonight!
