Our regular end-of-a-long-week Friday night restaurant has closed so we're stuck trying to find somewhere to eat. Unfortunately, most restaurants are chain. So, we went to Boston Pizza for the frist time in a few years. I had a chicken sandwich and fries. I just entered the meal. Sanctimonious excrement! I just wiped out a lot of my calorie deficit for the week and took in nearly twice the daily recommended sodium intake - in one sandwich! Guess I'm not going back there anytime soon.

Absolutely will! I stepped on the scale this morning to see what impact that sandwich had. The scale came back with 174.6 pounds! What!? I looked over my shoulder to see my hubby grinning like an idiot. I looked down - his foot was on the scale too. After I shooed him away I tried again - 149.4. ☺
