OMG I just made the flax muffin in a mug and that is the most amazing thing. I will be making more of those. I missed bread somewhat, or sandwiches to be accurate. I do believe I can bake that in a loaf and slice for sandwiches. Oh happy day.

I had my appointment with the specialist today and it was somewhat frustrating. I feel the health care system in my city has failed me, and he was telling me I needed to go to emergency to get looked at. Well I don`t see the need to clog up an already overloaded emergency room to be poked and misunderstood, and misdiagnosised, and sent home with benedryl. He did put me on a treatment plan and we just have to wait and see how this plays out.

Thank god my husband went with me, he was able to talk for me when I was just unable because I started to cry because of my frustration level. I loved him so much in that moment. Now I know why they say take someone with you.
