It's amazing how I can jog a mile, walk 6 miles, and that one hour aerobic class one day a week kicks my butt! I wish I could afford to go more than once a week. I think I will try and do it at home sometime. Make up my own class all for myself. :-)

It's because you use different muscles and working out in class usually makes you work out harder. That's why it's great to change up exercise. It's great for you body and health.
