Yes!! I made it through the potluck! Although I didn't eat as balanced of a lunch as I wanted to due to rushing around( sugar free pudding and no sugar cherry pie filling!) I somehow managed to make it through the get-together without eating any of the fattening fare. I drank about a liter of Fresca however! :) I was actually pretty hungry while there. I had planned on bringing veggies from home and eating a protein lunch but things don't always happen as planned! I had a small peice of my fruit pizza, and left a couple bites ofn my plate. I was proud that I did not go overboard even though I was hungry. It was good but I am not a huge fan of storebought cookie dough. I did also have two mini baby ruth candies. I looked them up on calorie count and the damage is not bad, I still have plenty of calories and fat calories left for the rest of the day, which is excellent. Kaelyn had lots of fun hunting easter eggs! She was very cute in her new dress. I will have to post a picture of her. Oh goodness but she ate too much sugar!! I was happy this morning, the scale went down a little, to 127.8 I know it is not much to be excited about, but I have not seen a drop in over a week, and I think it is due to overeating on one day in particular last week. It does tend to make me stall out for about a week when I binge. I have to quit that!! Hopefully I can get it going down steadily again. If I can get walking every day that will make a big difference. I also need to zigzag calories up and down to keep from hitting a wall. One other thing, I didn't find an easter dress for me, so I was bummed, but I searched through my "skinny closet" and found a dress that hasn't fit in ages and it looked great! I was so pleased. I about died trying to walk in heels today though, LOL! Happy Easter all! :)
