Well...my eating and self control don't seem to be working...I will have to figure out a diet for in camp...I thought I was doing okay except for the cookies, but I'm almost at my RDI by the end of my work day...and I still have dinner to eat at that time...

Time to start planning the meals again, or I will start gaining weight very quickly...

Good luck - maybe just make choices one meal at a time and try the 90%-10% idea. Eat good stuff 90% of the day and allow yourslef 10% treat. That may help you stop feeling the need to be perfect and then feeling bad if you choose something off your food plan.

Its rough pal! You probably have a chow hall full of bacon, eggs, burgers. I bet they hardly have healthy foods. Maybe you can kiss up to the cooks and get some egg whites or something. Anyway, try to be careful, and adapt and overcome!
