I spent this month counting calories and really watching what I eat and the results speak for themselves! 😁 This month I lost 3.3 kg but unfortunately 1.1 kg of that was skeletal muscle mass 🙈 Most importantly though, my body fat percentage went down from 19.9% to 18.7%! I first started Crossfit at the beginning of May this year and went for my first InBody evaluation at the end of May. I weighed 69.1 kg so I have lost 4.3 kg since then. My PBF was 27.5% so it has gone down by 8.8% 😀😁 Until this month I have not been strict about my diet but I try to eat healthy most of the time. Cheating isn't so bad and doing it once in a while really helps to keep you on track. Consistency is key!
