So. I decided to get off my rear and exercise this evening. I started with lunges, then did pullups, pushups, bicep curls and tricep extensions using my TRX system. About 15 minutes in a little voice in my brain quitely whispered: "Um, I think you either ate too much for dinner, started exercising too soon after eating, or both. You might want to stop this now. Otherwise I'm going to make you regret it." I contemplated what my brain had shared with me. Then, I stopped exercising and went and got a shower. That was 45 minutes ago. I still feel queasy. 😟
