Day six as a non-smoker, so I'm pumped to see the scale going down :)
99.3 kg Lost so far: 11.8 kg.    Still to go: 20.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Awesome! I’m on day one today! Been vaping all day and I’m actually feeling pretty good about not having the cigarettes so hopefully I can keep it up too

Think I'm gonna try the vap...I have seen it really help to quit. I did try ecig for a while. I have quit before no problem I think there is more nic in them now days... could be wrong but ready to take that step for the final time! Very encouraging, thanks for sharing!
