Here is the super simple recipe:
One can of drained chickpeas
About 50g of cooked quinoa
A quarter of a large onion - finely chopped
Half a tsp peri-peri spice
Half a tsp sweet basil spice
Salt and pepper to taste
I combined all the ingredients in a bowl, mashed the chickpeas with a fork and then formed them into patties. The patties shouldn't be too thick. Then I cooked them in a pan with some coconut oil until browned 😀
