I measure my weight every morning after using the bathroom. This way I know my average weight for the week and measure it against the average of the previous week to see how much I'm losing. This method adjusts nicely for water wright fluctuations. Since I'm not allowed to lose more than 0.5kg a week it keeps me on track. Measurements I take once a month.
