Saturday morning and all is well. My head feels better for the first time in a couple of days.
I fell asleep early last night and forgot to do my insulin shot and take my oral hypoglycemic until it was way too late to do an evening dose. To my surprise, my blood glucose was only 120 at 4 am and 115 at 6 am, when it was ok to do am meds. I went ahead with my regular morning dosing since I'm sure I still had residual insulin in my system that kept me from climbing too high.
I over ate my RDI yesterday by almost 100 calories. But I didn't eat anything not allowed on induction. Not gonna beat myself up about it. My son had told me he was bringing home fish to cook for dinner, and it turned out to be pork ribs instead. lol. I ate a bigger lunch than I would have had I known it would be pork rather than cod. But it's ok. I look at my average, and I'm under my RDI. I tend to be obsessive about this, but not that obsessive.
