My first day in camp and I have not done that well with the self control...had a couple of cookies and an extra sandwich today...so those will be cut out of the diet for tomorrow...but other than that, I think it was successful...I didn't make terrible food choices, just over ate.

My room is pretty tight, but it's comfortable (like I have a choice anyway)...it's home away from home for the next while...

I kind of know what your dealing with there. I went to the ABOT Oil Platform off Iraq for a few days. The facilities SUCK! What they did have though, was lots of good foods, all free! Its very tough to control yourself when there is free cookies, chips, drinks, stacked up for the takin'. I guess some genius figured out the way to keep a mans morale up, is supply him with lots and lots junk foods. hehe. Do they have "man love Thursdays" up at the camp or is that just an Iraqi thing? lol Anyway, be careful up there. Your probably going through stress changes and whatnot. Get that sorted out, the diet will come after I am sure.
