Overall i lost 15kg and last time i was on them 30kg...i eat healthy and drink my 3l of water a day...so for me it works...

jeandw83 , where did you buy that and what price was it? Most of those ingredients in there is to assist. Garcinia helps with cravings and guarana gives you energy, green tea with detox etc. Many company's have their version of similar thing. Not all work well, if each one is potent enough it works amazing. but sometimes each herbal extract is fairly weak then you don't see the benefits that quick. You need to use it long time.
