Daily walks are wonderful! Have you heard of Kegel exercises? They strenghten the pelvic floor and help with the tinkling problem also. There is lots of info online. This info might be a bit late but Fat Secret does keep track of points in the food calendar- click on edit preferences where you enter food for the day and there is an options for tracking WW points. Have a beautiful day!!!
