I haven't wrote a journal in awhile but I am still using my app and this web site. I haven't worked out in two weeks and I feel the difference so last night I went on a little over then a mile walk (my son even went with)and this morning did a 10 min fast pace work out. I haven't even logged in my weight cause I afraid to look at the scale.

The reason for the non work out in two weeks is cause this medication was kicking my butt, making me too tired. Well I will no longer let it!!!

Great job getting reengaged. I'm sorry to hear you've been off for a few weeks. I hope the walk gave you encouragement to get more active. I know I feel pretty rotten if I go more than a couple of days without exercise... and that's after not working out in maybe 5 years!!

Omg...I did feel the difference as in rotten when not working out..but right on track with it, slowly this time.
