So Im coming back down in weight - just in time for the bout! Training hard, eating well. Shame about the ridiculous disease I struggle with everyday

Is there anything that helps your UC? Or is it just to try to avoid certain things (and I think eating little and often is good for it)? What a bummer. :(

Hi Fio - yes I take Asacol (anti inflammatory) drugs every day. Currently I am on a course of Steroids as well plus other unmentionables! Its an auto immune disease so not necessarily food and diet related but I do try and be healthy where poss...thanks for your interest
