I get so angry with myself when I think that I was thin and now look... just got back from my gym session, getting ready for my walking session. And with every pull up and every step on that damn treadmill I think of all the money, time and pain I could have saved by rather putting that cupcake down or saying no thank you to that chocolate ... URGH 😝😭😞
