So after many emotional highs and lows of the past 9 months and 2 vacations this summer, which has undoubtedly caused a lack of focus on my healthy food choices, I am here attempting to get back on track with my weight-loss journey.
Now that summer is officially over and the Labor day holiday has passed, I have decided to get back to routine; create new goals, plan plan plan, and review those goals weekly.
Sounds good, anyway. One day at a time. I recognize my weaknesses; snacking, love of wine, margaritas, and sweets! Must find a way to still enjoy these on a limited basis while keeping weight-loss goals. That is the journey....and so it continues.
