Goal reached (kind of), close enough haha. Time for some definition while maintaining 160ish lbs. Thanks to my obsessive use of the fatsecret app, I think I have most of my macros and calorie count memorized and can maintain without the app.
Originally a test of will power has now become my lifestyle. thanks fatsecret and everyone here for the comments and positive criticism. time to conquer the next test of will power, maintaining focus for the ca bar exam. good luck everyone!
