Well, another bad food week...this time I'm going over quite a lot...but the schedule is about to get much more regulated and I will be on my own for two weeks at a time...so I can focus on my healthy eating habits and exercise...tonight is the last night for the Birthday week...I will be having a couple beer, but I will not get goofy...just buzz...I was planning on being the driver so that they could have a few and not worry, but my buddy's wife is not drinking...so the temptation is there...I'm still only planning on a couple of pints, but we'll have to see how my resolve is and my track record is not showing much self restraint lately...

I will have to do the weigh in tomorrow evening.
