Had to go back to a fiber breakfast. My body got so constipation from all the protein first thing in the morning. I went back a few days ago to my activia and smart start. Now the body is responding very well. Now if I can get into the habit of keeping track of what I eat after lunch. I bet I would loss more weight.

Constipation is a bad thing...I am constantly struggling with that and find a bit of fiber with a lot of water really helps. Good luck on tracking your eating - I know it really helps me to document everything that I eat. It is the only way I can stay accountable. GOOD LUCK this week.
