Well, after a year of messing around with my health, I see that I have lost only four pounds in a year!!! I can say to myself that at least I didn't gain but the ups and downs in my weight probably has caused my body to hold onto the fat! I have a lovely pool in my new condo and am taking advantage of it. And, I FINALLY wrote down goals to reach for the next year. I am counting on a pound a week in the beginning with a gradual slowdown of four pounds in the later part of the year. They look like very easy goals and I will try my best to get there!!!
