Same weight/different day. I have forgiven myself for yesterday's pizza and soda. I felt so sick afterward and into the evening. Today been sipping cranberry water and working on my shopping list-veggies and protein. Went to the gym and confessed all to my trainer and did 30 mins cardio in addition to weight training. Lost another inch from my waist and 1/2 in from the upper arms. I really want to loose 6-8 more lbs by April 4th (my birthday)
