Had a super fun date with hubby last weekend. I was all excited to eat at the OCC Backfire restraunt, then when we got our meals I was less impresed. The meat has so much fat on it that it was slimy!!! It's not jsut cause I am watching my weight that I thought this...cause that day I could have cared less what the calorie intake was but the flavor well what flavor..oil that was slimy. So needless to say I did not lose any since my last weigh in but did not gain eaither so I am pleased with my results. I came down with a cold and tried to run yesterday I thought my lungs were going to burn out of my chest onto the treadmill so I quit yep thats right got right off and walked away. Im just glad that I am not gaining. P.s. I voted for Daris on Biggest loser.
OH CRAP I just realised I lost 7lbs, I get so focused on how much more I NEED to lose that I didn't even realise how awesome that is, that's 7lbs less wahoo!!!!!!!!! Here's looking at another 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 WHOOT WHOOT! Slowly but surely I'm gonna make it baby!
