One more pound down!!!

My weight ticker changed from red to orangey-yellow!!!! WOOHOO!!!! I'm off to go continue with my week 7 of couch-to-5K. By now i'm running 25 minutes STRAIGHT without walking. I never thought that it could be done when i started it but it really is the best program i've been on so far. I just might have to train for a 10K when this is all over ;)
83.2 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg.    Still to go: 15.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
