I made myself a large breakfast so I will not starve when I do all of my errands this afternoon. yesterday I had a fast food frenzy which topped off with KFC extra crispy breast. I weighed myself and I only gained 1/2 lb. But it is no excuse to fall off the wagon like that! I am accumulating all kinds of light recipes so I want to plan my meals one week at a time and see where that goes....I have such a sweet tooth but there are desserts that will not cause me problems. My blood sugar is still ok but I have not had my A1CL tested in awhile. I am steeping up my exercise so that should help. I just have to remember that I matter and deserve the best....
