我是覺得還不錯,有時候加可可粉來換去^^ㄧ個東西喝了10個月,也是會膩

我之前有喝防彈,但身體習慣後我就算不喝也不會餓就停掉了,中鏈還ㄧ大罐🤦🏻♀️

習慣喝ㄧ杯,體脂很低,早餐沒喝我是可以撐到下午,但是第一餐會想吃很多東西,這樣反而有補償心,會破功試好多次了,還是乖乖喝個防彈,而且我油質吃的都不夠,所以防彈可以補我的油質^^
