Second day of South Beach Diet. Didn't lose any weight at all! Not happy. Think it may be the peanut butter I ate yesterday-2 tablespoons. I lost 3 lbs. the first day and was at least hoping for a measly one pound for the second day! Ughhhh

Welcome Skinny! You seem to be off to an excellent start, keep it up. On SBD it is particularly important to follow Phase 1 to the letter. Good Luck and thanks for the add. :-)

Skinny: Peanut Butter and most of the nut butters (including almond, cashew, hazelnut, tahini, and soy nut) are actually considered Good (G) on all phases of the SBD. Of course, calories are important, so we need to be moderate. A good reference for this, and the *only* book I recommend for SBD, is "The South Beach Diet: Good Fats, Good Carbs, Guide" authored by SBD creator: Arthur Agatston. Everything else is readily available on the web. The book retails for around $7.99 and may be available from your local library.
