Busy day so far. Out at 7.30 am for a training walk. We were a bit slower than usual today maybe cos of the dogs. Did about 6 miles in about 1 hr 40 mins. Aiming to get speed up to 14 minute miles! Then to a coffe morning to sell cards. Did alright and was standing for 2 hours plus setting up time. All time i am moving and not eating! Got to get some house work done this afternoon, then tonight can relax with a steak and a bottle of red. Mmmmmmmm
Todays success - 6 mile walk, even though it was a bit wet and a little on the cold side!
Will be weighing in tomorrow, have changed it from Mon in preparation for getting under the magic 200!! I can do it!!
