I haven't ate junk food in some time now. I ate french fries on Saturday and had a junk food hangover for two days....I slept from 10am to 3pm for a nap. And Monday morning I couldn't even get to the gym when I went to bed @ 8pm. Wow what bad food can do to u. Today I feel much better more energy!
