wow I haven't walked since last Tuesday I think and my butt muscles are SORE today! I walked for an hour yesterday. I walked 30 minutes at lunch and 30 minutes in the evening! Feels good to be back on track!

Thanks Information! BUT I am pregnant so I am only trying to focus on eating healthy and get back on my exercise routine because 10 days off and being BAD and old habits creeping back in caused me to gain 9 pounds lol! IN 10 DAYS! So I am just working some of that off but trying to eat healthy and exercise my entire pregnancy. It is scary how fast the weight comes back when you fall of the proverbial wagon BIG TIME many days in a row lol!
