NJDes's Journal, 17 May 10

So I fell off diet after being discouraged but I'm back and ready to conquer this weight. I joined a gym, I go about 4x a week. And I'm paying closer attention to what I eat. I met with a personal trainer and know what to expect. I have set realistic goals and am prepared for what's to come.

So with all that being said I'm glad tobe back on here and Ihope to meet my goals one step at a time.
