I passed my PT Test, but failed my weight and tape. I was excited to finish my test well for the physical portion (push ups, sit ups, run 2 miles, but am disapointed in myself about the tape.

I am only allowed 34 percent. I am 1 over. I need to drop at least 10 more pounds and more inches before I think I may pass. If I had not started on fat secret, I don't think I would have lost the weight I have. Counting calories has been the only thing that helps. Good grief I work out 5 days a week 1-2 hours and the scale wasn't budging. More to go I hope. My other friends I invited seem to have fallen away from counting calories. Sometimes it seems like you are alone in the battle of the bulge.
