Daily Average Protein 72g (-28g from last week and 19g below goal) I am not SO disappointed by this. I didn't eat when I had my stomach thing and I am not willing to eat when I am not hungry just to get the protein in. It just doesn't make sense to me. It might make sense in the future but not now. I will continue w/the 91g goal.

Daily Average Calories 1216 (-316 from last week and about 200 below my RDI) The same thing w/calories as protein. One day of super low calories drops an average considerably.

FatSecret Net Calorie Deficit 5764 (+1657)

Average Daily Weight 167.5 (-1.4) Super interesting to me. This is the same average weight drop I recorded last week too. Roughly a pound and a half. Now, if you look at my weights this week, they are horribly frightening. Starting Monday I gained a pound a day. This is partly a reaction to the stomach thing and partly due to my lady bits doing their tribute to procreation this week. Surprisingly, the daily weights still average out to a loss. I can't wait to see what happens this week. If I can record another loss, then that will support the idea that I am heading in the right direction. It's nice to see the numbers in black and white. Feels more substantial somehow.....

I love to see people track their numbers. Take a look at your carbs. It appears any day you go above 90 you gain for two or more days and anytime you are below 60 you seem to drop the next day (even though your calories may still be high).

Yeah adefwebserver, the effect was probably magnified because of the types of carbs I ate this week too. I try and keep away from super processed stuff but this week I wanted BREAD! For me, bread equates to eating a sponge and just soaking it with water. The effect is less pronounced with stuff like beans and fruit. I need to start taking pictures like you do. Perhaps that will be the next change to make? Keeping carbs below 90? I will keep an eye on that, thanks!

and sometimes it is just a single food type that mess's with things as you suspect it already, bread/refined flour products. this is another benefit of tracking, like Adef picked up looking at your numbers the excess carbs this week seemed to effect you. That was a good catch Adef.
