Big WOO HOO!!! I have surpassed my goal! Maintenance and further toning here I come! Terrific way to end my week and my 22nd wedding anniversary was yesterday. I am thankful for my dear and loving husband for his support and encouragement during this journey.
81.2 kg Lost so far: 21.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

That is fantastic! I am so excited for you. I was gone from FS this weekend and I am just so proud. You worked hard and now look at yea! What are you next goals? Maintaining? Muscle building? You look great and I am sure you must feel amazing. Much love from Brooklyn!

Thanks to you both. Pilliscn - My goal now is to maintain between 175-185 and work on toning. I do not want to bulk up, just firm up certain areas like my back, abs and backside. I know you have said my thighs are not thick, but I still want to work on my inner thighs a little :) Love back from Southern California. My FatSecret buddies have helped me trememdously to get to this point and I intend to stick around and see all of you reach your goals too!!!
