Even though I am eating I feel like I am forcing myself to. Today most definitely, just had a maple muffin and butter (for the fats) and quite happy not to eat anything else. No doubt once I have collected my daughter from Pre-school later I will have something. I have put in celery and shrimp with cream cheese. I am dreading the weigh in tomorrow. Stomach does hurt but that is due to constipation i went to my local health food store and tried to get Chia seeds but they not heard of them, so looked online online. Don't want to get a massive pack though in case they do not work and its a waste of money and at the moment wasting money is not an option for me. I have cut back on the cheese and making a conscious effort to not eat too much flax items.

Please let me lose weight this week!!!
