My hormones are back to normal levels now and I'm affraid I am gaining all the weight back. I can't go back to the old weight! I am so much happier where I am now, I can't imagion going back. I guess I haven't been exercising as much as I should be. The weather has been getting better, so hopefully that will help me to be more active.
