well, first day TOM..cramping started while working out..could not run as much as i planned..so far so good..scale shows no weight gain from bloating..ill just wait till cycle over to weigh myself.. |TOM twice this month..this must be my pre-menopause phase ..its been a battle this month to loose kilos..

I was having issues like that with TOM. Finally, I had surgery and it's all over! Well, NOT all over, but the cycle part of it any way. PMS is still a drag, but not as bad as it use to be. ...Congrats on the NO weight gain. That is awesome!
