strugling. tired. burnt out. sad. made 7 peach crumbles...lol gave them all away. i forgot how much i like baking.

Hi Sarah - I just saw your journal on the main board and I found your profile inspirational so I thought I would comment. I am so in awe of your 85 pound weight loss. I have lost almost 50 myself and I hope to soon be in a similar place to you in a few months. It's actually quite helpful to see in your journal that you're struggling and feeling bad because I think I, like a lot of other people, labor under the delusion that once we get thin we are not going to have to deal with crappy emotions and feeling out of control and overwhelmed. Your journal drives home that is not true. I just wanted to say hello, to thank you for being honest, and to let you know that your struggle was a help to me today.
