I started over on my weight history. I know it doesn't change the fact that I binged and then continued to eat like crap for two days afterward. I am full of guilt right now but I want more than anything to stop doing this to myself. I have to keep trying. It's just demoralizing seeing that line going up. I won't just keep erasing my weight history every time I mess up of course, but since I wasn't too far in, I think it will help me a little to get my head on straight. Unfortunately it's getting close to that time of the month so I am probably not going to see a whole lot of progress on the scale for a while. I have to do my best with my eating and exercise to get back on track regardless of what the scale says.
